Endyto Aryo Purboyo is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at SIRCLO since November 2019, Endyto has held multiple significant roles including Senior HR Operations & Compensation Manager and Senior HR Ops & GA Manager. Prior to SIRCLO, Endyto worked as an HR Business Partner at Triplogic and as a People Business Partner at STOQO. Additionally, experience includes leading compensation and policy initiatives at Mapan - PT Ruma, recruitment consultancy at The Jakarta Consulting Group, and a senior recruitment consultant role at Husin Intelligence Group. Endyto Aryo Purboyo holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from STIE Indonesia Banking School.
