Nabila Tuffahati has work experience starting in 2018 with PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja as a Garda Depan until November 2018. Nabila then worked as an Oblong Training at the same company from December 2019 to March 2020. Currently, they are a Customer Service Agent at SIRCLO, which they started in February 2021. Nabila'sresponsibilities include being a dedicated agent for beauty and personal care brands, maintaining live chat on marketplaces, and assisting customers in selecting products.

Nabila Tuffahati obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), where they studied from 2014 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they have achieved several certifications. In March 2022, they obtained the EF SET English Certificate from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). In March 2021, they earned a certification in Customer Service Excellence and Communication Skills from PT Expertindo Training. Furthermore, in November 2020, they completed a certification titled "Mengenali Relasi Sehat dan Kekerasan Seksual dalam Platform Digital" from the Career Development Center (CDC) - FISIPOL UGM. In December 2018, they obtained the "Garda Depan batch 62" certification from PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. Lastly, in March 2016, they became a member of PSM UGM.
