Nadila Adhani

Nadila Adhani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2022, they joined SIRCLO as a Jr Store Operations, where they manage e-commerce sales, monitors performance metrics, and organizes online store production. Prior to that, they worked at Shopee as a Business Analyst, first focusing on pricing and back margin operations and then on improving internal processes for account receivables claiming. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Secretary General of Industrial Engineering. Nadila also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at PT. Serikat Muda Kreatif in 2020. Additionally, they held various positions within Ikatan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri (IMTI) UI, including Studies and Strategic Action Assistant and Studies and Strategic Action Staff. Nadila has also held leadership positions at MADK TI UI and ISEEC UI, serving as the Vice Head of Operations and Head of Operations respectively. Finally, they worked as a Staff of Main Event at ISEEC UI in 2017.

Nadila Adhani started their education in 2014 at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. Nadila completed their high school education at this institution in 2017. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Indonesia in 2017 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering.
