Saridha Rosefin has a strong background in customer service and channel management. Saridha started their career at Indosat in 2013 as a Channel Management Specialist, where they were responsible for updating product and competitor information, managing partners, and developing communication plans. In 2016, they joined Indosat Ooredoo as a Customer Service Representative, and later became a Customer Service Team Lead. In this role, they handled customer complaints, ensured customer satisfaction, and provided solutions to customer problems. Saridha recently joined SIRCLO in 2022 as a Senior Customer Service Executive.
From 2008 to 2012, Saridha Rosefin attended the Technology University of Yogyakarta, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering.
