Customer Relationship Management Executive (ibusibuk By Sirclo) at SIRCLO

Tiorys Immanuella has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tiorys started their career as a Digital Assistant at Greenpeace Southeast Asia in October 2016, where they worked until March 2017. In October 2017, they joined the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a Marketing Intern, completing their internship in February 2018. From April 2018 to April 2019, Tiorys served as a Social Media Strategist at Rumah Dandelion. Their next role was in Kargo Technologies, where they worked as a Growth Marketing specialist from August 2019 to March 2020. Following this, Tiorys joined Kopi Kenangan as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist in November 2020 and stayed until April 2022. Currently, they work as a Customer Relationship Management Executive at SIRCLO, starting in August 2022.

Tiorys Immanuella attended the University of Indonesia from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Diploma in Public Relations/Image Management. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed a certification in Marketing Analytics from TestDome. In December 2020, they received a Community Writer certification from Social Connect. In April 2021, they completed the Intro to Digital Marketing Mini Course at RevoU. Most recently, in April 2022, they obtained a certification in CRM & Marketing Analytics Fundamental Training from Sailendra Institute.
