El-Hassan KADER has over a decade of experience in project management and account management in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as an Account Manager Chargé de Recouvrement et Outsourcing at sirecom since January 2014, El-Hassan has previously held roles including Project Manager and Account Manager. Prior to this, El-Hassan worked at SIRECOM from December 2009 to December 2013 as a Coordinateur de projets, focusing on various telecommunications projects such as Survey Radio and EDGE qualifications with prominent technology firms like Huawei and Ericsson. El-Hassan's early career included a position as Webmaster and web designer for the Association Troisième Millénaire, where the primary responsibility involved creating and updating the organization’s website. El-Hassan holds a BTS in Informatique et Nouvelles Technologies de l’Information et de Communication, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
