Roman Sintsov

Roman Sintsov has a strong background in technology and development, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Roman currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at HomeBuddy, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of Mobile and Web Solutions Architecture at Gazpromneft – Digital Solutions from August 2019 to October 2020.

From 2015 to 2019, Sintsov worked at CoolBeez as a Systems Architect and Full Stack Senior Developer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing the referral service CoolBeez.com. Roman played a key role in the architecture design, development, and support of the project, as well as optimizing it for a large amount of data. Sintsov also implemented various integrations with external systems and developed components on the frontend side.

Before CoolBeez, Sintsov served as the Head of Development at Napopravku.ru from December 2014 to August 2016. Roman was responsible for leading the development team and overseeing the creation of non-standard services and complex solutions.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Sintsov worked as a Team Leader at Lenvendo. Roman was involved in the development and integration of complex solutions for high-load projects, as well as designing architectural solutions and configuring server software.

In 2009, Sintsov founded MainSource and served as its CTO and Founder until August 2012. Roman was responsible for PHP development and played a key role in the company's technological direction.

Earlier in their career, Sintsov worked at OAO "UK "Arsagera"" as the CIO and Java Developer from February 2008 to August 2012. Roman also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at OAO "Nauchno-Inzhenerny Tsentr SPbETU" from January 2000 to January 2008.

Overall, Sintsov has a diverse range of experience in technology leadership, architecture design, development, and optimization. Roman has a strong track record of successfully implementing complex projects and driving technological advancements.

Roman Sintsov obtained their Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" in 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications from ICAgile: the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management in May 2023, and the ICAgile Certified Professional in February 2023.
