Sankalpa Bhattacharjee is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in customer success, operations, and financial management within the SaaS and BPO sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Sirion since August 2024, Sankalpa previously held roles including Head of Professional Services and Senior Director of AI/ML Professional Services, overseeing substantial portfolios across various industries in North America and APAC. Prior to Sirion, Sankalpa contributed to Genpact India and EXL in senior management positions, focusing on contract compliance, revenue recognition, and operational efficiency.
