Melissa Erchick

Ms. Melissa Erchick ( Senior Associate – Talent) joined Siris in 2016. Ms. Erchick focuses on optimizing Talent Management processes including the recruitment, retention, and development of people to enhance long-term organizational strategies. Prior to joining Siris, Ms. Erchick was at M. Safra & Co., a family investment office and subsidiary of the Safra family banking conglomerate.

Ms. Erchick graduated from Southeast Missouri State University, where she received a B.A. in Political Science.
