Kara Etzold, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Administration and Assistant Facility Security Officer at Sirius Federal since August 2015, leading Human Resources functions including recruiting and overseeing the National Industrial Security Program. Previously, Kara held the position of Human Resources Manager at Bon Secours Health System from June 2013 to August 2015 and served as the Human Resources Administrator at Money One Federal Credit Union from March 2010 to June 2013, handling comprehensive HR responsibilities as the sole HR representative. Earlier experience includes a role as Regional Office Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, which was eliminated due to reorganization, and as a Marketing Analyst at ADVO, where market reports were created and analyzed to enhance client advertising strategies. Kara holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University.
