Linda S. Lin

Linda S. Lin is currently the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at SiriusPoint, a global underwriter of insurance and reinsurance. Linda S. has been in this role since July 2023. Prior to joining SiriusPoint, Linda was the EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Coaction Global from June 2021 to July 2023. Linda S. also served as the SVP, General Counsel - Business Unit Support & Cohead of Regulatory at QBE North America from February 2020 to June 2021, and as the VP, Assistant General Counsel from December 2015 to February 2020. Before that, Linda held the position of Senior Complex Claims Director at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance from October 2014 to December 2015. Linda S. was also a Senior Counsel | Claims Officer at Liberty International Underwriters from 2010 to 2014. Linda started their career as a Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York from 2005 to 2007. Linda began their legal career as an Associate at London Fischer LLP from 2003 to 2004.

Linda S. Lin completed their Bachelor's degree with Honors in Philosophy Politics & Law at Binghamton University from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree cum laude at Brooklyn Law School from 2000 to 2003.
