Rinku Kadakia

Rinku Kadakia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rinku started their career in 1998 at Prudential Financial, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Specialist and IT Audit Manager. At Prudential Financial, they managed audit projects and supervised staff, as well as implemented automation scripts to streamline testing processes.

In 2012, Rinku joined AXA Equitable as the Lead IT Audit Manager. Here, they established a data analytics function within the audit department and collaborated with audit teams to design and execute data analytics evaluations. Rinku also served as the Director of Data Analytics, leading the implementation of complex fraud-related data analytics solutions.

Currently, Rinku is working at SiriusPoint as the Vice President of IT Internal Audit. In this role, they develop and executes risk-based IT audit plans, delivers IT-related audits and reviews, and presents the annual audit plan to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Throughout their career, Rinku has demonstrated expertise in data analytics, audit management, and project delivery.

Rinku Kadakia has a comprehensive education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Rinku first attended Gokhale College from 1991 to 1996, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General. Continuing their studies, they then pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in 1998 and 1999. Next, Rinku completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1999 to 2002.

To further enhance their expertise, Rinku undertook a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management at The George Washington University from 2005 to 2007. Demonstrating a commitment to professional development, they obtained a certification in "The Cybersecurity Threat Landscape" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
