Tara Sheridan

Tara Sheridan, ARM, has a strong background in compliance and risk management. Tara is currently the Head of Compliance, Americas at SiriusPoint since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aspen Insurance Group as the Group Head of Compliance from October 2020 to April 2022. Before Aspen Insurance Group, they were the Vice President, Global Compliance at Chubb from July 2019 to October 2020. Tara also held the position of Vice President, Senior Risk Manager at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions from April 2017 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at AIG as the US P&C Compliance Officer from April 2014 to April 2017. Tara also has experience at Hiscox, where they held various roles including Legal Generalist, Manager of Risk Management, and Compliance Assistant from November 2013 to April 2014, August 2010 to April 2014, and July 2007 to August 2010, respectively. Tara began their career as a Legal Assistant at DHS Systems, LLC from June 2005 to July 2007 and as a Paralegal Intern at Kennedy, Johnson, D'Elia & Gillooly, L.L.C. from June 2002 to April 2005.

Tara Sheridan, ARM, received their education from Quinnipiac University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they studied Legal Studies and History. Prior to attending college, Tara graduated from North Rockland High School from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they obtained their ARM certification from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in June 2013.
