Stephen Blume

Stephen Blume has over 25 years of work experience, primarily in audit and consulting roles. Stephen is currently the Principal Owner at Accretive Consulting LLC, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Director at Sirius Solutions, LLLP starting in October 2017. From June 2015 to June 2017, they served as the VP of Internal Audit at Mattress Firm. Stephen also held the position of Director of Internal Audit at Susser Holdings from September 2007 to April 2015. Stephen began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as an IT Audit Manager and Financial Audit Manager for over a decade, from 1996 to 2007.

Stephen Blume holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. In addition, they have obtained certifications including CIA, CISA, and CPA.
