Chris Reynolds has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Chris is currently the Head of Life Pricing at SiriusPoint. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Committee Member at Continuous Mortality Investigation.

Chris spent a significant portion of their career at PartnerRe, where they held several roles. Chris was the Chief Pricing Actuary (L&H) - EMELA Region, responsible for building a high-performing pricing function and developing new pricing propositions across multiple markets. Chris also led a centralized pricing and product development team with global oversight of the pricing function. Additionally, they served as the Head of Long Term Propositions, leading a multidisciplinary team and driving the development of innovative life reinsurance products.

Before joining PartnerRe, Chris worked at AXA as an Annuity Pricing Manager, where they researched mortality and longevity trends and contributed to pricing assumptions and product decisions. Prior to that, they were a Post Retirement Pricing Actuary at Lloyds Banking Group.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked at AXA as an Actuary, focusing on economic capital analysis, inherited estate calculations, and life projections. Chris managed a team of MoSes developers during their time as a Life Projections Actuary.

Overall, Chris Reynolds has a wealth of experience in life insurance pricing, product development, and team leadership.

Chris Reynolds has a strong educational background in Mathematics. Chris obtained a PhD in Mathematics from Swansea University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to their PhD, they also earned a degree in Mathematics, specifically a MMath, from the same university, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their academic degrees, Chris has also earned certifications in their field. Chris obtained the certification of Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2006. Chris also obtained a certificate in Derivatives from the same institution in 2005.
