Clare Poolman

Clare Poolman has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of UK Life Claims and Head of ZCR Pricing and Claims at Zurich Insurance since February 2008. Poolman's career at Zurich began in 2000, progressing from Trainee Actuary to positions including Group Risk Actuary and Head of ZCR Pricing and Group Income Protection Claims. Prior to this, Poolman worked at HBOS Financial Services Limited as a Trainee Actuary from August 2004 to January 2008. Poolman holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Sussex, obtained in 1999.
