Paul Mihulka

Paul Mihulka is an accomplished leader in program management and administration, currently serving as the Head of Program Management and Administration at SiriusPoint since February 2022. With extensive experience at Zurich North America from July 2001 to February 2022, Mihulka held various senior roles, including Head of Aftermarkets Program and VP & Chief of Staff for Alternative Markets, where responsibilities included developing and implementing strategic business plans, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing business opportunities. Mihulka's legal expertise, demonstrated in previous positions as Sr. Assistant General Counsel, involved leading teams and providing counsel on complex regulatory issues while ensuring compliance and driving profitability. Mihulka holds a JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law and additional certifications in program leadership and property casualty underwriting.
