Romulo Haack

Romulo Haack has a diverse range of experience in the field of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI). Romulo has held various leadership roles in companies such as Sirius, raven UXDO, Forms Syntron Thailand, QuickStart Inc., Dell, and Grupo RBS. In their most recent position as Head of Experience at Sirius, Romulo manages and allocates resources for the Experience Team and mentors and trains team members. As the UX/UI Director at Sirius, they developed and implemented a design system and established high-quality standards for UI. Romulo has also worked as a freelance consultant, providing consultancy services and mentoring in UX, UI, and eCommerce strategies. At Forms Syntron Thailand, they served as the UX Director and was responsible for defining the company's UX strategy and providing leadership and mentorship to designers. In their role as a Senior UX Consultant at QuickStart Inc., Romulo optimized landing pages and improved the mobile experience through data analysis. During their tenure at Dell, Romulo served as a Global Optimization Manager, Mobile Optimization Manager, e-Business Testing Manager, and Web Optimization A/B Testing Lead. These roles involved optimizing the customer experience, analyzing user behavior, and implementing testing strategies. Romulo started their career as a Senior Web Designer at Grupo RBS.

Romulo Haack attended Escola Técnica Estadual Monteiro Lobato from 1999 to 2002, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Graphic Design degree at Universidade Feevale from 2003 to 2009. During their time at Universidade Feevale, they focused their studies on User and Usability in the Web.
