Laili Zulfajriani

Laili Zulfajriani has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Laili currently holds the position of People Lead at SIRKA (YC S21), where they are responsible for various HR-related duties such as benefits facilitation, talent development, recruitment, and policy implementation. Prior to this, they were a Talent Manager at the same company.

Before their time at SIRKA, Laili worked at Lamudi as a People Acquisition specialist. In this role, they were responsible for handling the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various sales positions. Laili also defined the recruitment strategy for high-volume hiring in the sales department.

Earlier in their career, Laili worked at Glints, where they held multiple roles. As a Consultant and Associate Consultant, they assisted clients in finding suitable candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process. Laili handled positions from junior to senior levels in both tech and non-tech industries. Laili also served as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Glints, where they managed the recruitment process for the company, fulfilling various tech and non-tech positions.

Laili's professional journey began with an internship at PT SMART Tbk, where they contributed to employer branding efforts and managed in-house communication projects related to recruitment.

From 2015 to 2018, Laili Zulfajriani attended Tanri Abeng University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
