Customer Experience and Quality Assurance Lead at Sirka

Syilvia Salsyabilla began their career in 2018 as a Customer Service Associate for Your Bag Spa. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketing Administrator for Juan Interior as well as Quality Assurance and Trainer Specialist for Evermos. At Evermos, they also held the role of Resolution Center and Customer Support Associate. In 2022, they began their current role as Customer Experience and Quality Assurance Lead at SIRKA, a role they have held for three years.

Sylvia Salsyabilla completed their SMA degree at SMA Negeri 6 Bandung in the field of IPA. Prior to that, they completed their SMP degree at SMP Negeri 12 Bandung. Syilvia is currently pursuing their degree at UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA in the field of Fisika/Ilmu Alam.
