Sheila Kavanagh

Sheila Kavanagh is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network management and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Board Member at SIRO, Sheila previously held multiple leadership roles at Vodafone, including Network Director (CNO) for Vodafone Ireland, Head of Technology Enterprise Solutions, and CTO of Vodafone Malta. Additional positions at Vodafone Ireland include Strategic Programme Manager, Access Networks Manager, and Transport Networks Manager. Sheila Kavanagh holds a BSc Hons in Physics and Mathematics from University College Dublin and completed further studies at Trinity College Dublin.
