Sophie Frateur

Sophie Frateur is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Sirris since November 2022, Sophie previously held key positions including Head of Talent at Guardsquare and Talent Development Leader at Punch Powertrain, where Sophie focused on developing and implementing talent processes across various European branches. Sophie's career also includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner, Senior Consultant at Katena, and a range of positions within Randstad Group Belgium, where Sophie contributed to talent and career development strategies. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Labour and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and a Bachelor in Assistance in A&O Psychology from Karel de Grote Hogeschool.
