Jeffrey Siddoway has over a decade of experience in management and customer support, currently serving as a Manager at SirsiDynix since May 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the graveyard shift for the Europe, Middle East, and African markets, as well as managing Spanish and French-speaking support staff.
