Laura Cislaghi

Laura Cislaghi is an experienced HR Specialist at Sirti S.p.A. since July 2008, focusing on recruiting and talent acquisition for technical and staff positions, as well as training and development. In this role, Laura manages hiring plans, gathers training needs from staff and operational units, and oversees the design and implementation of corporate training programs.
