Delthine Tay has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Delthine is currently working as a Customer Experience and Operations Lead at Sirva, where they support Senior Executives and VIPs and manages a team of 9 members. Prior to this, Delthine worked as a Consultant at BGRS Global Relocation Services for 7 years, where they provided policy counseling, oversaw assignee relocation, and managed various reports. Delthine also worked as an Account Manager at Santa Fe Relocation Services and as a Global Mobility Consultant at Crown Relocations. Delthine's earlier work experiences include roles such as a Certified Baby Signs Independent Instructor, Administrator for Children's Ministry, Branch Manager, Programme Manager, and Convention Executive in different companies and locations. Delthine has demonstrated skills in coaching, team management, policy administration, customer service, and sales.

Delthine Tay started their education at Batu Lintang Secondary School from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their O-Levels in secondary education. Delthine then attended Mara Science College in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their A-Levels with a focus on business studies, accounting, and sociology. In 1996, they further pursued their education at Mara Higher Education College in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, earning a British Consortium of Higher Education in Malaysia (BCHEM) degree in Pre-University studies between 1996 and 1997. Finally, they attended the Business School at the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom from 1997 to 1999, where they graduated with a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management, specializing in business, management, marketing, and related support services.
