Dharshan Shanthamurthy

Dharshan Shanthamurthy is the Founder and CEO of SISA Information Security, a leading information security company in India. Prior to founding SISA, Dharshan was a Managing Partner at Shanthamurthy and Co., a well-known chartered accounting firm in India with over 10,000 assignments. Dharshan also worked as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the largest accounting firms in the world. In their previous role as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Canara Bank Factors, Dharshan played a key role in pioneering factoring in India. Dharshan is a highly respected figure in the Indian business community and is a thought leader in the area of information security.

Dharshan Shanthamurthy is an OCTAVE Authorized Trainer/Advisor and has a background in Information Security Risk Assessments from Carnegie Mellon University. Dharshan also has a GWAPT from the SANS Technology Institute and a Diploma in DOT NET from NIIT Pune. Additionally, they are certified in C++ Programming from NIIT and CISSP from ISC2. Dharshan also has a CEH from EC-Council University and a CISA from ISACA. Finally, they are a FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Josephs College of Commerce.
