Rachel Stewart Cebs

Rachel Stewart, CEBS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel'smost recent position was as the Director of Client Services at SISCO, where they supervised the implementation and account management staff. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Benefits Specialist at Genesis Health System and Holmes Murphy & Associates. Rachel also gained experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Brown Mackie College and as an Education Specialist at OSF HealthCare. In addition, Rachel served as a Participant/Benefit Team Leader at Alliance Benefit Group - Illinois and started their career as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble.

Rachel Stewart earned their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Bradley University between 2001 and 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). One year prior, in 2016, they obtained their Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the same institution. Rachel also holds a State of Iowa Insurance License for Accident and Health & Life, which they obtained from the Iowa Insurance Division in 2015. Furthermore, they are a Real Colors Certified Facilitator, having completed the certification program offered by the National Curriculum & Training Institute in 2012. Lastly, in the same year, they became a DDI Certified Facilitator through Development Dimensions International.
