Harry Franks

Harry Franks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Compensation and Benefits at Sisecam USA since December 2021, Harry previously held the same title at Ciner Resources Corporation from April 2012 to December 2021, overseeing shared services across multiple entities. Earlier roles include Manager of Employee Benefits and Compensation at OCI Chemical Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from program design to regulatory compliance, as well as various human resources positions at Southern Connecticut Gas Company and Connecticut Conference of Municipalities. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Bryant University.
