Egemen Tekin

Egemen Tekin is a skilled professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Bilgi University and a background in web design from Anadolu University. Currently serving as a Product Development Assistant Supervisor at Şişecam since February 2022, Egemen also held the position of Production Engineering Intern at the same company. This individual has valuable experience as a volunteer with Young Guru Academy, where a significant project focused on fostering a passion for science among middle school students in disadvantaged schools in Turkey. Additional experience includes conducting a literature review on Solar PV technologies during an internship with TYT and co-founding Maelya Design, which specializes in designing and manufacturing products from sustainable materials. Prior educational experience includes language studies at the University of Greenwich, achieving a B2 level in English.
