Selim has a proven track record in continuous improvement, achieving significant cost savings, and optimizing supply chain operations across diverse product lines such as glassware and automotive components. Prior to Şişecam, Selim contributed as an Independent Consultant at infoTRON, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Texas A&M University focusing on supply chain resiliency, and a Research Assistant at Rutgers University, where simulation-based tools for risk analysis were developed.
