Nir Vaknin

Nir Vaknin is currently a Product Manager at Sisense. Prior to that, they worked at eBay from December 2014 to August 2018 as a Product Manager. There, they were responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap and prioritization; designing, building and monitoring the program dashboards and reports; and defining key metrics (KPI) and measuring the product health and progress. Nir also performed ad hoc analysis and research to support the product initiation and progress. Nir worked closely with R&D teams and domains including B2C (web), C2C (web + mobile), Public API, Internal API and internal services.

Before eBay, Nir worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals from June 2012 to December 2014 as a BI Business Analyst and Project Manager. There, they managed key BI project life-cycles from initial plan to full implementation in several projects including a data mapping engine project based on financial application (FDM), construction of multiple (~30) sources sales model project, and design and build of a controlling and monitoring system. Nir was also responsible for collecting business requirements and defining project scope and road-map in the finance & sales domains; cross-functional management of development and integration team; data analysis of complex business questions and supplying BI solutions; supplying solutions to corporate management including Teva's CFO, regional CFO's, Directors and managers; working with key persons in the organization from Sales & Marketing, Costing, Finance Controlling & Monitoring and supply chain; data modeling – ERD construction and architecture principal’s integration in the BI group; and working with Oracle-PLSQL, Data Stage, Cognos, SSAS-OLAP and Excel 2010.

Nir Vaknin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University, a Technical Course in Information Technology from John Bryce High Tech College, and a Bsc in Industrial Engineer from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Nir Vaknin reports to Scott Castle, Chief Strategy Officer. Nir Vaknin works with Lital Mor - Director of Product Operations, Maayan Raviv - Senior Product Manager, and Inbar Shaham - Senior Product Manager - Analytics and AI.
