Ikhsan Nurcahya B. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ikhsan Nurcahya started their career at Siemens as a BSS Engineer in 2001 and later worked as an OMC-B Engineer and TAC2 Radio Access Specialist. In 2007, they joined Nokia as a Field Operation Manager and progressed to various roles such as Field Manager, End-to-End Test Manager, Project Manager, and Care Program Manager. At Nokia, they were involved in managing projects, conducting network tests, and leading field teams in deployment and optimization activities. In 2023, Ikhsan will be taking on the role of Project Director at PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana.

Ikhsan Nurcahya B. completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Indonesia from 1995 to 2000. Ikhsan Nurcahya later pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the same university from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Ikhsan has obtained various certifications. Ikhsan Nurcahya also holds the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in January 2021.

Moreover, Ikhsan has completed the Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling, Business Acumen for Project Managers, Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary), and Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers certifications from LinkedIn in November 2020, and the Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary) certification from LinkedIn in November 2020.
