Matthew Niklaus has over a decade of experience in project management and related roles across various companies in the technology and information services sectors. Additionally, Matthew has worked as a Project Coordinator and Business Analyst, gaining valuable insights and expertise in service desk operations and quality control in IT projects during tenures at Tech Mahindra and PT Astra Graphia Information Technology.
