Novan Ardiansyah

Novan Ardiansyah has extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Project Manager at PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana since March 2022, overseeing the procurement and installation of access points for the Ministry of State Secretariat in IKN. Previously, Novan worked as a Project Management Consultant at Innovis Holdings Pte Ltd for Nokia projects in Central Java and North Central Sumatera in early 2023. From August 2003 to February 2022, Novan held various roles at PT Intisel Prodaktifakom, progressing from Project Admin to Senior Project Manager, coordinating major projects for Nokia and Smartfren across multiple regions. Novan started the professional journey as a Junior Field Supervisor at PT Warsons Pharmaceutical, focusing on agricultural operations and training practices. Novan's educational background includes a High School Diploma in Agriculture from SMKN 63 Jakarta.
