Marina Leleko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Their most recent position was at John Sisk & Son Ltd, where they served as the Head of Learning, Leadership, and Inclusion, overseeing the company's learning and development, leadership capability, and equality, diversity, and inclusion agendas. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent and Leadership Development Manager at the same company. Marina also had coaching experience as a Positive Psychology and Leadership Coach at Courageous Coaching. Marina has a background in talent management, having worked as a Talent Partner and Graduate Programme Manager at Air Products.
