Marina Leleko

Marina Leleko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Their most recent position was at John Sisk & Son Ltd, where they served as the Head of Learning, Leadership, and Inclusion, overseeing the company's learning and development, leadership capability, and equality, diversity, and inclusion agendas. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent and Leadership Development Manager at the same company. Marina also had coaching experience as a Positive Psychology and Leadership Coach at Courageous Coaching. Marina has a background in talent management, having worked as a Talent Partner and Graduate Programme Manager at Air Products. Additionally, Marina served as a Resourcing and Talent Manager for entry-level programs at Tesco PLC and held various roles at DHL, including Entry Level Talent Programmes Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Marina also volunteered as a community translator and interpreter for healthcare and police services.

Marina Leleko holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London (2017-2021). Marina also completed the John Sisk and Son Elevate Programme in Leadership and Management Development from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Marina has obtained various certifications including being an Accredited Coach at Practitioner level from EMCC Global (2021), and having certifications in Insights Discovery, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Practitioner in 360 feedback, MBTI Step II, and Psychometric assessments Level A and B. Marina is also an Associate Member of EMCC UK.

Earlier in their education, Marina earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Ukrainian and East European Studies with a Translation major from UCL (2006-2009) and completed their A Levels in Maths, Psychology, Business Studies, and Russian Language from Valentines High School (2002-2004).
