Morgan Bonds is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as a Teacher Partner at Siskin Children's Institute since July 2019 and as an Office Manager at Winston-Salem Street School since August 2018. Previously, Morgan held the position of Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where responsibilities included facilitating mentoring relationships between high school and elementary school students. Morgan was also a Fellow at the Winston-Salem Fellows Program and served on the Student Staff at Young Life Chattanooga. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned in 2017.

Founded in 1950 by Mose and Garrison Siskin in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Siskin Children's Institute achieves its mission through, pediatric healthcare services, education, home & community-based programs, and outreach services Education Our Siskin Early Learning Center provides a high quality preschool education to young children with and without disabilities, including children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, chromosomal abnormality and brain injury. Health Care The Siskin Center for Developmental Pediatrics is a regional developmental pediatric center, led by a team of developmental pediatricians, with services available in Chattanooga and Nashville, TN. Children are referred to the Institute for medical, psychological and cognitive assessment, diagnosis and treatment, including, occupational, speech and language, applied behavior analysis, and other therapies as well as counseling and social skills groups. Home Visiting The Siskin Home & Community-Based Early Intervention program is designed to help parents, other caregivers and children with special needs gain the knowledge and confidence they need to be successful in life. Through visits with a developmental therapist, the family receives information, support, guidance and consultation about improving the child’s and family’s quality of life.
