Sarah Grissom is an experienced Physician Assistant with a diverse background in various medical settings, including hospitalist and internal medicine roles. Currently serving at Siskin Children's Institute since December 2020, Sarah previously oversaw inpatient care at Cornerstone Medical Center from July 2017 to December 2020. Sarah's earlier experience includes per diem hospitalist work at Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley and contributions to both internal and family medicine at One Medical Group. Additional roles at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Montefiore Medical Center further solidified expertise in hospitalist positions. Sarah began a career in healthcare at Family Medical Center and completed a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University.

Founded in 1950 by Mose and Garrison Siskin in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Siskin Children's Institute achieves its mission through, pediatric healthcare services, education, home & community-based programs, and outreach services Education Our Siskin Early Learning Center provides a high quality preschool education to young children with and without disabilities, including children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, chromosomal abnormality and brain injury. Health Care The Siskin Center for Developmental Pediatrics is a regional developmental pediatric center, led by a team of developmental pediatricians, with services available in Chattanooga and Nashville, TN. Children are referred to the Institute for medical, psychological and cognitive assessment, diagnosis and treatment, including, occupational, speech and language, applied behavior analysis, and other therapies as well as counseling and social skills groups. Home Visiting The Siskin Home & Community-Based Early Intervention program is designed to help parents, other caregivers and children with special needs gain the knowledge and confidence they need to be successful in life. Through visits with a developmental therapist, the family receives information, support, guidance and consultation about improving the child’s and family’s quality of life.
