Ernesto Romero

Ernesto Romero serves as the PMO Lead at Siskinds LLP since February 2023, where expertise lies in establishing a Program Management Office to enhance IT and company-wide project management processes. Prior to this role, Ernesto taught an "Agile Project Management" course at Fanshawe College in early 2023 and held significant positions at Diebold Nixdorf, including Global Sr Process Manager and Client Delivery Manager, where focus was on process improvement and managing technology solutions in Latin America. Ernesto's extensive experience also includes managing global software implementation programs at Oracle Canada, where diverse industry projects were successfully executed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
