Linda Pratt

Linda Pratt, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Siskinds, LLP since September 2015. In this role, Linda oversees HR functions in one of Southwestern Ontario’s leading law firms, addressing areas such as employee relations across various legal disciplines. Prior to this position, Linda worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Dynacare from January 2014 to September 2015, providing guidance on employee relations and compliance with legal requirements. Linda's career also includes significant experience at TSC Stores L.P., where roles varied from HR Coordinator to HR Manager between August 2005 and January 2014, managing essential HR functions such as recruitment, health and safety, and claims management. Linda earned educational credentials from Fanshawe College.
