Brandi Fields has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Brandi currently serves as the Human Resources Director at ACH Child & Family Services starting in May 2022. Previously, they held multiple positions at Siskiyou Community Health Center, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Grants Pass Medical Clinic Manager, and Human Resources Manager. From June 2012 to May 2014, they worked as the Director of Operations at the Women's Health Center of Southern Oregon. Brandi'searliest role at Dutch Bros. Coffee was as the Human Resource Director from July 2004 to June 2012.
Brandi Fields attended Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they studied Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Brandi did not receive a degree from this institution. In addition to their formal education, Brandi has obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they completed the "Communicating Across Cultures" and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" certifications from LinkedIn. In August 2022, they completed the "Driving Inclusion with Empathy" and "Working with Difficult People" certifications, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in January 2022, Brandi obtained the "People Manager Qualification (PMQ)" certification from SHRM.

Based in the growing Southern Oregon community of Grants Pass, Siskiyou Community Health Center is a primary care medical home designed to treat and care for the medical needs of the entire family. Operating on a sliding scale and offering services ranging from general medical care, behavioral health services, and an on-site pharmacy, to dental needs and community Outreach, Siskiyou focuses on the under-served and often uninsured sector of the Rogue Valley. Siskiyou has two medical facilities, a dental facility, and three School-Based Health Centers operating from within all three schools in the Illinois Valley. Striving for excellence, Siskiyou seeks to identify and provide care for the primary health needs of our community in a professional and compassionate manner.
