Matt Mirczewski is an experienced recruitment consultant with a focus on the engineering, construction, and maritime sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant for Sisko Group, Matt supports the UK's District Heating projects by providing skilled workforce solutions to aid in achieving net-zero targets. Previously, Matt held positions at Auxeris and Precision Hire, where leadership in recruitment and business collaboration was emphasized. Experience also includes working as a Consultant at Advanced Resource Managers, specializing in technical shipping roles, and Line Recruitment Ltd, focusing on mechanical engineering. Additionally, Matt co-founded YouFi, which transitioned traditional credit scoring to blockchain technology.
