Elaine Nie

Elaine Nie is an experienced professional in the medical and regulatory field, currently serving as the Head of Medical, Regulatory and Quality at Sisram Medical since July 2024. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of China Medical Head at UCB from May 2023 to July 2024, and was the VP of Regulatory and Clinical at CS Pharmaceuticals Ltd between July 2021 and May 2023, where responsibilities included developing regulatory strategies and overseeing clinical developments. Elaine's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Medical and Regulatory at Galderma, leading various projects in dermatology, and as China Country MSL Head at Sanofi-Aventis, managing a large medical science liaison team. Elaine holds an M.B.A. from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Doctor of Medicine degree from China Naval Medical University, highlighting a strong educational foundation in both business and medicine.
