Isha Gandhi

Isha Gandhi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Isha is currently the Director of Strategy and Operations at Sistar Mortgage Company, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aon Inpoint as a Manager from 2016 to 2021, where they developed and executed strategies for clients in areas such as market entry, product innovation, and distribution strategy. Before joining Aon Inpoint, Isha worked at IBM as a Senior Consultant from 2013 to 2016, focusing on supply chain process improvement and leading projects for a major chemicals company. Isha began their career as a Planning Analyst Intern at The Clorox Company in 2012, where they supported process improvement initiatives.

Isha Gandhi has pursued higher education at both the University of Notre Dame and Purdue University. From 2020 to 2021, they attended the University of Notre Dame as an EMBA candidate, working towards a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2013, they studied at Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics.
