Koray Kutluay

Koray Kutluay has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Koray worked at SISTAS SAYISAL ILETISIM A.S. as a Vice President, where they managed technical teams, coordinated with vendors, and assisted the sales team in understanding and designing solutions for clients. Koray also accompanied the sales team in presenting solutions to customers and addressing their questions. Prior to this, they worked at TUBITAK as an R&D Engineer, where they were responsible for hardware and software design of remote management systems, power supplies, and power factor controllers for telecommunications.

Koray Kutluay completed their Bachelor of Science in Electric-Electronic Engineering from Middle East Technical University (Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi) in 1995. Koray pursued further studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electric-Electronic Engineering, which they completed in 1997. Koray Kutluay then continued their educational journey at Middle East Technical University and earned a Ph.D. in Electric-Electronic Engineering in 2005.
