Mariale Soto Ruiz

Mariale Soto Ruiz is an experienced leader in the field of sustainable economic development. Currently serving as Directora Ejecutiva at Sistema B since April 2018, Mariale focuses on creating an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system that addresses social and environmental challenges. As a Co-founder and Directora de Desarrollo de Negocio for Global Shapers Community since August 2019, Mariale contributes to a global network of young leaders addressing diverse challenges. Previous roles include project analyst and assistant at Libélula from May 2014 to March 2018 and a pre-professional internship at Sustainable Harvest Coffee Importers in early 2014, where Mariale designed a comprehensive study on sustainable coffee production costs. Mariale holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and a diploma in Strategic Innovation from the same institution, along with studies at Handelshochschule Leipzig.
