Raúl Montiel-Calderón

Raúl Montiel-Calderón is a seasoned professional in socio-environmental entrepreneurship and education, currently serving as the Coordinator for the Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Socio-Environmental Projects at Universidad del Medio Ambiente and also as a college-level lecturer specializing in sustainable business models and systemic thinking. As the Founder and CEO of GreenPretzel, Raúl leads initiatives in social innovation and sustainable development, collaborating with various organizations to facilitate impactful change. Additional roles include mentorship at Hult Prize Foundation and MassChallenge, a multiplier for Sistema B, a connector for Ashoka, and various positions promoting the 2030 Agenda. Raúl holds a Green MBA and is pursuing further education in New Economies, ensuring expertise in the evolution of socio-environmental practices.
