Alexei Gubarev

Alexei Gubarev has extensive experience in strategy and business development. At Sistema, they served as the Managing Director of Strategy, overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets in various sectors. Alexei was the Director of Management Consulting Practice, Strategy & Operations at PwC Russia, and contributed to the growth and development of the company. At Kaspersky, they worked in strategy and business development, utilizing their expertise in the IT field. As the Co-founder and Managing Director at Nova Founders Capital, Gubarev led an international Venture Capital fund and IT incubator. Alexei also served as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at Pernod Ricard. Gubarev's career began at The Boston Consulting Group, where they worked as a Senior Project Director for several years.
