Igor Kozlov

Igor Kozlov is the current VP of IT and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Sistema. Igor has over 19 years of experience in the IT field.

Igor started their career in 2001 as the Head of Appication Development SubDepartment at RESO-Garantia. Igor then spent two years as the Head of Applications at Military Insurance Company before moving to Uralsib in 2011 as IT Director. In 2013, they became the CIO at Rosgosstrakh Life and held that position for five years until they joined KAPITAL LIFE in 2018 as their CIO. Igor stayed with KAPITAL LIFE for two years until they were recruited by Sistema in 2020.

Igor Kozlov has an MBA in Financial Management from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute), and a MSc in Robotics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Igor Kozlov works with Sergei Shishkin - VP of Corporate Governance and Legal Affairs, Artyom Zasursky - VP of Strategy & Development, and Ali Uzdenov - Managing Partner. Their manager is Vladimir Chirakhov, CEO & Chairman of the Management Board.
