Executive Vice President, Sustainability/esg at Sistema

Victoria Blatova has extensive experience in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) roles. Victoria most recently worked at Sistema as the Executive Vice President of Sustainability/ESG, where they implemented a sustainability and responsible investment strategy, supervised sustainability progress at portfolio companies, and prepared bilingual sustainability reports. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG Russia as a Manager in the Operational Risk and Sustainability department, leading sustainability strategy and reporting efforts. Victoria also has experience as an Analyst at Da-Strategy Agency, where they prepared sustainability reports, conducted research on sustainability issues, and organized stakeholder events.

Victoria Blatova attended A4S Academy from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Political Regionalism and Consulting from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO from 2009 to 2011. Victoria also completed their Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies (Scandinavian Countries) at the same institution from 2005 to 2009. Victoria participated in an exchange program at Davidson College in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained an IELTS score of 8 from the British Council in 2023.
