Francesco Di Lauro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Francesco began their career as an Assistant to the Technical Director at Comag Srl, where they were responsible for purchases planning and evaluating the supplier base. Francesco then moved on to Sipa S.p.A. as a Project Manager, where they oversaw the design, engineering, production, and installation of PET blow-moulding machines and bottling lines. At Alitec, they served as a Sales Manager, focusing on the supply of bottling lines and industrial automation in Italy and the Middle East.

In 2009, Francesco joined E&K Automation SRL as a Sales Manager and Project Engineer, where they played a key role in designing, engineering, and installing AGV vehicles for automatic logistic solutions. Francesco then joined GRUPPO IURO s.r.l as a Sales and Marketing Manager, overseeing the design, construction, and installation of turnkey projects for energy efficiency and renewable energy systems.

Francesco's next role was as an Area Manager for South Italy and the Middle East at Automha, where they were responsible for the design, engineering, production, installation, and monitoring of automatic storing and handling solutions. Finally, they assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Sistemya, where they led the design, industrialization, installation, and management of warehouse management system (WMS) software, logistic solutions, and factory management. As CEO, they also spearheaded business development, market analysis, marketing strategy, sales network management, and customer relationship management.

Francesco Di Lauro completed their education in Mechanical Engineering. Francesco pursued a degree at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II from 1997 to 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they enrolled at the Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale to further their studies in the same field.
